Terms of service

All prices are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. The audit fee is invoiced after ordering; work starts once the invoice is approved and access is provided. There are no hidden costs and no automatic renewals.

Audits are performed with read-only access. Revanio never modifies, installs software on, or otherwise changes a client production system during an audit. Build projects run on separate infrastructure agreed with you in the project scope.

Findings, reports, and everything we learn about your systems are confidential and covered by a non-disclosure agreement signed before access is shared. Monthly retainers can be cancelled at the end of any month, in writing, no notice period beyond that.
